REFUNDS & RETURNS

120 LOVE wants you to enjoy what you've purchased.  If you are not satisfied with our products, please return the item(s) for a full refund (minus the original shipping costs) to the address on the packing slip.  All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.   Buyer pays for the return shipping costs.  Prior to returning, please contact at the email address below. 

For damaged or defective items only, please send pictures of the damaged / defective item and send to the e-mail address below.  All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.  We will issue a full refund including return shipping costs.

All returned items must be in the original unused condition you received them in.
